What we do

Industrial Mixing Fluid

It is a versatile chemical product that serves as an active inhibitor and agent in various industries, including the chemical industry. It is used as an additive in many chemicals and as an oxidization inhibitor to prevent oxidative degradation of chemicals and oils in the presence of oxygen. It is also used as a cement chemical additive mixture.

Additionally, it functions as a lubricating and cooling fluid for grinding and drilling operations in the metal and oil industries. The fluid is an emulsion of water and mineral oils, such as base oil, motor oil, diesel oil, and vacuum gas oil.

It is a semi-finished product that may require further processing, but can also be used as a finished product for specific grinding and drilling operations, as well as in special drilling cases.

Cutting Fluid

Highly efficient, all-in-one solution for machining and grinding operations. This soluble cutting fluid combines the lubricating properties of oil with the cooling abilities of water. Formulated for heavy duty and extreme pressure metalworking, this coolant offers exceptional performance when working with hard-to-machine metals such as stainless steel, tool steels, and high nickel alloys. The product contains emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and lubricants, making it an ideal replacement for straight oils. It delivers an excellent finish in machining and grinding operations, and significantly increases tool life.

Water Soluble Surface Agent

Is an additive used in the preparation of emulsions for lubricants. Its particles, which are measured in nanometers, help to reduce friction and wear in machinery.

  • Active Agent content: >80%
  • Average Particle Size: 20-50 nm
  • Bulk Density: 0.25 g/cm3

This product contains special additives that provide the required properties for emulsions, lubricants, and cutting fluids.

  • It is mainly used in grinding and drilling operations. It can also be used as a water-soluble surface agent in some applications.

  • Yes, we do provide samples of Industrial Mixture Fluid. Please contact us and provide information on the intended usage and required quantity. In most cases, samples are free, but the cost of shipment will be borne by the customer.

  • No, we do not manufacture Water Soluble Surface Agent. However, we have developed our own formula and the manufacturing is done by sub-contracted laboratories.

  • The time it takes to develop a new formula for special fluids depends on the number of requirements provided by the client. Typically, it takes 1-2 weeks to develop a new formula. We can either manufacture the fluid for you or provide you with the formula.

  • We use equipment designed and built by our own engineers, including PLC programming.
